Previously Development Manager at the Actis-funded Garden City mixed-use scheme, overseeing US$100m+ of investment. Experienced in land acquisition, project structuring, and full-cycle development management, with 30+ acres acquired and US$500m in deal value structured.

Provides strategic oversight across project management, property management, sales, and marketing to deliver projects that safeguard and grow investor returns.
