Co-founder and Development Director of MS Developments, part of the MS Group Africa group of companies, with over 10 years' experience in institutional real estate development across residential, office, and retail asset classes.

Formerly Development Director at Mi Vida Homes, backed by Actis (a UK-based private equity fund) and Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate (an India-based conglomerate), where he was one of the key members of the executive committee from the company's inception, leading acquisitions, business development, market intelligence and business strategy, business case management and development management across a portfolio of completed and ongoing projects representing over KES 50bn in gross development value over an eight-year span.

He led acquisition strategy for over 30 acres of land valued at US$30m, alongside project structuring and full-cycle development management. Previously Development Manager at the Actis-funded Garden City 47-acre masterplanned mixed-use scheme, overseeing US$100m of institutional foreign capital investment. He holds an MSc in Real Estate from Henley Business School and an M.Arch from the University of Nairobi.
