Shabbir brings over 25 years of banking, investment, and corporate finance experience across East Africa and the UAE. He has built an exceptional network spanning corporates, family offices, ultra-high-net-worth individuals, financial institutions, development finance institutions, and strategic investors, providing unique access to capital and opportunity across the region.

At MS Capital, he advises corporates, investors, and entrepreneurs on capital raising, transaction structuring, strategic partnerships, and growth financing, drawing on deep-rooted relationships built over 25+ years within banking, investment, and entrepreneurial communities.

Shabbir previously served as Executive Director – Africa Team at Bank J. Safra Sarasin in Dubai, where he managed relationships with UHNWIs, family offices, and corporate clients across East Africa, and held senior roles at Standard Chartered Bank in both Dubai and Nairobi earlier in his career.
