About Shaleen

Shaleen Shah has closed over USD 60 million of real estate across Nairobi and Dubai. Residential, commercial, land — the common thread is a decade of transactions that priced correctly, structured cleanly and closed.

As Co-Founder and CEO of M&S Realty, he leads the brokerage, leasing and advisory arm of MS Group Africa. As Business Development Director of M&S Development, he drives the Group's development pipeline, originating land, structuring joint ventures and raising the capital behind them. Between the two roles he sits at the centre of every transaction the Group touches.

He came to real estate through finance, not agency. Trained as an analyst, a CFA candidate with a Bachelor of Commerce and certifications in Financial Modelling and ISO Internal Auditing, he underwrites a deal before he markets it. Clients get a valuation they can defend to a board or a bank, not an asking price.

Developers, landowners, institutions and international investors work with him for the same reason: he knows what a building is worth, what it will be worth, and who will pay for it.

Increasingly, that means channelling global capital into Kenyan real estate, and Kenyan capital into Dubai.
